Achievements; Case Summaries:

 Case I: Recent billboard litigation and trial involved dispute over ownership and continued use of a billboard on a major highway. Case was tried in late 2003 and resulted in decision supporting firm’s Client-Defendant and denying Plaintiff a portion of billboard advertising proceeds as tenant in common in real property. Case was appealed by Plaintiff and settled during appeal process.

Case II: Boundary line dispute in early 2004 between residential homeowners. Case involved conflicting surveys of a common boundary line, injunctions and money damages. After trial, decision supported client’s position regarding location of boundary line and forced removal of foundation before further construction. Case is currently in appeal.
